Like a painter’s palette, fish, vegetables, rice and seasonings are laid out on a large slate at AWOMB. Diners are invited to use this colourful selection to put together their own sushi, known as temakizushi, or ‘hand-rolled’ sushi.

Beyond the culinary experience, AWOMB offers a creative adventure. Throughout all the stages involved in making their own sushi, diners hold complete power over the presentation and contents of their plate. Each creation is accompanied by soup, noodles and other traditional Japanese side dishes.
