The Aman skincare range launched in 2018 to celebrate the 30th birthday of the luxury hotel-spa, comprises 30 products, all made from natural ingredients. Aman has made respect for nature its trademark, and it is commended for the way its resorts blend into the landscape of their locations. The matte black pots designed by Kengo Kuma, in imitation wood, take inspiration from this spirit and borrow their delicate shape from that of Japanese porcelain. All are recyclable and contain serums, oils, creams, and a collection of bath and shower products.

The contents are equally luxurious: the products, scented with sandalwood, are made in Britain and are plant-based—they contain Bhutanese sea buckthorn, Balinese vetiver, and Moroccan argan. These are gathered in small quantities from the various Aman sites around the world.
