Immersed in a futuristic world
The photographer, who worked on the visual design for video games like Far Cry, captures the liveliness of passers-by and the dazzle of neon lights while wandering around the city at night. He posts the photos on Instagram, bringing out the exhilarating nature of Tokyo by night, even in the rain, in his series TO:KY:OO.
The images captured by Scottish photographer Liam Wong, who wanders through the districts from Shibuya to Shinjuku via Asakusa and Akihabara, combine vibrant pink with electric blue and immerse the viewer in a futuristic world, at the crossroads between Enter the Void and Blade Runner.
